Trimester 2 volunteer hours

Hello VAST families!

Trimester 2 for volunteer hours is coming to an end. All hours have been input into the system. Please review your hours ASAP and let me know if there are any errors or discrepencies. If you believe that there are hours missing, please email me with as much detail about the missing hours as you are able to provide (meet, day, session, job and hours worked).

To review your hours;

  • Log into your VAST account on the website
    • You can log in by going to the VAST website. If you are not automatically taken into your account, then select the sihouette in the upper right corner of the VAST home page and clicking My Account
  • On the left of the page, will be a column of with links to various VAST page info. Select the My Account tab
    • Click on Account Info
  • Towards the top of the Account Info page will be a list of tabs running horizontally. Towards the right of the page will be a tab for Service Hours.
    • Please note that negative values indicate that you have met your volunteer obligation and are earning credit
    • Positive number values are the hours that are still owed, and will be billed to your account.
